About the Founder

Reverend Tiffany Williams Brewer is a passionate advocate for the advancement of women and girls globally.  She leads women annually on a journey to discover their life purpose and launch a platform for global impact, through a global leadership academy, retreats, summits and an annual empowerment conference.  Rev. Tiffany's empowerment outreach to women spans from women leaders to women in crisis as she seeks to create a cycle of empowerment.

Her first book, The Esther Project: Every Woman's Guide To Living With Passion And Purpose, is a companion empowerment guide for the women embarking on the Esther Project journey.  As the Global Esther Ambassador, Rev. Tiffany established a footprint for The Esther Project in the North America, Central America and Africa.  Her global vision is to establish an Esther Institute (public policy and civic engagement institute) and Esther Empowerment Centers in every continent of world, enabling women throughout the world to connect with empowerment to launch their life purpose. 

 

Rev. Tiffany serves as the Co-Pastor of Transform Church Global Ministries with her husband, Senior Pastor, Rev. Dr. Eric M. Brewer. Rev. Tiffany is a former judge and presently serves as a professor of law, public policy and administration.  Previously, she served as Deputy Chief Counsel to the NJ Governor, as Chief Counsel to the Speaker of the NJ General Assembly, as a federal prosecutor and as an associate at several law firms.  Rev. Tiffany believes that her successes are attributable to a personal belief that “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
